PATCH:konqueror ignores Content-disposition: filename="xxx" header

The following patch fixes the many complaints we get about this. It was only half done before, this should hopefully fix the remaining parts. Fix tested by downloading the attachments off of lists.kde.org. You too can test it by looking up this very post on lists.kde.org and downloading the attached file. :)  Fixes BR# 57590
