 Arrows and scrollbars are different (and the B3 ones look better IMHO). They 
look so similar because they're in fact one, it was just that Mosfer and 
somebody disagreed on some of these details (IIRC the default one was 
originally called B2, that's why B3 says it's a modification of B2).

 And your change would mean I'd get the ugly CDE style everytime I visit the 
style module and change something there (good luck the standalone menubar 
checkbox is no longer there).

 After looking at them for a short time, I think the most similar thing 
between these two styles is the name.
