Strange build problem

Hi,

when I run "make -f Makefile.cvs" on kdebase I get the following output.
Whart does this mean and can I fix it?!?

chris at debut:~/CVS/kdebase> make -f Makefile.cvs 
This Makefile is only for the CVS repository
This will be deleted before making the distribution
