[PATCH] KCModuleLoader et al.

Hi, 
 
The patch adds a convenience function to KCModuleLoader to load a KCM by 
name. This is useful in KCMs which load other KCMs in them. Right now the 
loading code is duplicated in every such module. 
 
I have also patched the kcm_kio module as a proof of concept.
