That will be a requirement for everything shown to the user, while debugging 
information can come from other places. The requirement comes from IDN RFCs 
that ask us not to show the user the ACE-encoded hostnames.

When you end up with a very ugly hostname when you type a simple non-ASCII 
one, you'll know what I mean.
