The latest revisions of kcursor.cpp and kcursor_private.h don't work for me 
here. All KDE apps crash when exiting and sometimes even while working. I 
downgraded to the revisions before and everything is working again.
Don't have a backtrace at the moment as it doesn't crash anymore but it 
crashed in line 418 of kcursor.cpp which was an assert.
