Removal of KEdit

Indeed it does. By not using the standard find and replace dialogs used in every other
main KDE app, not only do you lose consistency, but you lose the ability to use
a regexp, or regexp editor, or choose whole words only, or choose backwards, all of
which is built into the standard dialogs.
