[PATCH] KCursor autohide

As some of you may have noticed, cursor autohide hasn't been working correctly 
recently. Hopefully this patch will fix the persistent problems with autohide 
once and for all. It is basically a complete rewrite of the autohide 
internals. The biggest difference is that a each auto-hide widget has its own 
event filter object. This greatly simplifies the filter logic and should 
eliminate all cases of cursors permanently disappearing.
