Applet for KMenuBar in toplevel mode

 Hello,

 this should be the final (*cough*) version of the Kicker applet for 
swallowing KMenuBar in toplevel mode, thus allowing it to "have" clock etc. 
Flames and similar stuff are welcome.

 How to apply:
 applets.patch is for kdebase/kicker/applets
 kmenubar.* are for kdelibs/kdeui
 qmenubar.cpp.patch is for Qt, to make QMenuBar obey Fitts' Law
 container_panel.cpp.patch is for kdebase/kicker/core - you won't get 
tooltips, but it will prevent Kicker from getting focus after sometimes 
clicking the applet - next Qt version should have the tooltips again
