doxygen docs on developer.kde.org

I generated the latest two sets (3.1 and cvs), and the main reason I stuck
with the kdoc format is to stay consistent with what was already there.  I
didn't use any formal scripts; I just used kdoc until it worked.

Feel free to obliterate them for Doxygen based files as deemed necessary. :)
