The best suggestion I heard so far was "Organization". This would fit
KOrganizer, KAddressBook, KNotes and KArm quite well, probably also
KPilot and Kandy.
It wouldn't be a good category for KMail or KNode, though, and Kontact
as container app is a special case anyway.
