We should really avoid widely unknown acronyms like PIM. But Personal 
Information Management isn't much better. I guess many users will 
wonder what the heck Personal Information Management is supposed to be. 
Ask your parents what they think that "Persönliche 
Informationsverwaltung" (or however you want to translate P.I.M. into 
German) is, Tobias!

Sorry, but unfortunately I don't have a better idea.
