My case is a password in a configuration file, it is used to connect to a 
festival server, and the other case is to run the festival server. Is not 
really a password changing dialog (where you only need to get the password) 
but a value in a configuration file, so when you retrive the configuration, 
the password should be set in there, if not, it is not user friendly, I see 
that kmail does this for setting pop3 passwords, I'll take a look at it.
