well, should or shouldn't, it does. i don't want to see the list pop up, and i
don't want to have to click again to note my selection. with click'n'wheel it
would extend a simple "point -> wheel" into: "point -> click (-> show menu)
- -> wheel -> click". i know the contents of the comboboxes i'm scrolling so
don't need to see the exact contents within and i deffinitely don't need the
extra clicks in my day.
even if click'n'wheel is the chosen solution because it is determined by
whomever that this incurs more wins than losses, it doesn't change the fact
that it most deffinitely does slow down the process.
i do think there are more intelligent ways of doing this ... how easy or
feasable they are to code is another matter that i haven't looked into
personally yet.
