[PATCH] KNotes additions

Hi,

attached is a slightly modified patch from Matthias Kiefer which I'd like to 
apply. It does the following:

  - adds the missing hideNote() DCOP call
  - adds a new DCOP call and menu item named "New Note from Clipboard"
    (Well, this could qualify as a new feature but I consider it harmless as  
    there are only 2 lines of code involved (which could be done in one as
    well ;) Furthermore, it's quite useful and I'd like KNotes to evolve,
    especially since I had so little time for KDE this summer.
    Nonetheless this new feature is the reason for my mail...)
  - adds a nice icon for the insert date action (thanks Matthias!)
  - adds a global shortcut for "New Note" and "New Note from Clipboard"

Additionally I changed some actions to be KStdActions and removed the "Notes" 
menu from the RMB menu in knotesui.rc - makes no sense IMHO as we have the 
same content in the LMB menu already.

Originally Matthias also added two new actions "Show All Notes" and "Hide All 
Notes", but this will come after KDE 3.1 as it has still some problems.

If nobody objects I'll commit tomorrow evening.
