I have looked onto the design. It looks good. However, I would like to suggest 
to write a second wrapper class (besides the low-functional KSpech class) 
that supports all functionality of the DCOP messages of Proklam. That wrapper 
class would certainly be more complex to use than KSpeech.

This would have the advantage that the code that accesses the DCOP messages 
would have to only be written once instead of in every application again. 
Additionally, changes to the DCOP messages in future versions of Proklam 
would be easier as we would not need to verify against all sorts of 
applications.
