Qt 3.1 or 3.0 for HEAD? (was: NAG: kshortcut.cpp ...)

That's big of you. You can see on the list that quite a few people are
bumping into this right now, since they're used to building HEAD with
older Qt's and you're apparently the first to use some of the really new
stuff.

The FreeBSD team is wrestling with it because it seems that all of us and
our build farm are on Qt's varying from 3.0.3 to 3.0.5.

Anyway, I seem to recall a discussion a week or two back where this same
subject cropped up and that the consensus was that it'd be cool if Qt 3.1
came out in time to match the KDE 3.1 version number, but that we'd
otherwise use 3.0.5. Let's wait for some release-dude type person to speak
up on this as to his or her intentions.
