Small Icon Size of Toolbars gone?

Hi!

For some days now there's no "Small" entry in the RMB "Icon Size" toolbar menu 
anymore. Instead, I can choose from Medium, Large and Large now... was this 
change intentional? The latter Large is 48x48, that's definitely too much for 
my small screen (does anybody really need this?) and even Medium is too big 
for my taste.
