Stephan; the rewrite rule I am taling about is something like this (add to the
apache conf in the bugs.kde.org virtual host entry)

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^/cgi-bin/Bugs/bugs-fetch2.pl?type=ref&ref=([0123456789]+) /show_bug.cgi?id=$1 [R,L]
