That doesn't cover the 'bug:123' URLs I'm afraid, that's only for people 
trying to access the bug report wizard.

We need a rewrite rule to convert

http://bugs.kde.org/cgi-bin/Bugs/bugs-fetch2.pl?type=ref&ref=123&base=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kde.org

to ... yeah, to what? http://bugzilla.kde.org shows the 
http://devel-home.kde.org homepage instead. Maybe you have a page to fix,
