Who is doing Kicker translucency?

I recall someone mentioning he's working on a KSharedPixmap based Kicker 
translucency for KDE3.2 but forgot who it was, (sorry)! Can you please email 
me? Got some ideas/code to knock around, esp. re: X11ParentRelative vs 
background origins and integration into styles.

BTW, offtopic but whoever is working on the thumbnail IOSlaves is kicking some 
major butt >:)
