[PATCH] KTip

Attached you will find 2 Patches:

1. ktip.diff simply styles links. Nothing spectacular. Ok to commit?

2. ktipstyledep.diff is a bit more tricky. It does all ktip.diffs does 
plus it removes all hardcoded colors and tints the pixmap of the KTip 
application (you will need a greyscaleversion of the picture, which I 
attached because it's not that big.). I'd especially like to hear 
oppinions from the style experts.
Is it a good idea to put that into release?
