I am, again. For some strange reason, I got unsubscribed from core-devel. I 
noticed and resubscribed exactly the day the discussion happened, but missed 
the discussion by a few hours :-/

IMHO, the wheelscrolling feature should simply be disabled when the combo is 
the child of a vertically scrollable QScrollView.

Easy to implement and easy to understand for the user.
