enable-final broken in kdelibs (redefinition of `const int XKeyPress')

That would have been a lot easier to do if it weren't the case that the only 
use of an XKeyPress define, which has allegedly been used throughout kdecore 
<grin>, was in kkeyserver_x11.cpp.  Otherwise "const int XKeyPress = 
KeyPress" was used.

Anyhow, David's FAQ hint pointed me in the right direction.
