It needs to see the formatting control codes to determine whether to 
send text/html or text/enriched. Or we load each editor component with 
the task of converting to/from both formats. (t/enriched->t/html is 
very easy, but the other way round needs a (full?) HTML interpreter).


[Norton SystemWorks 2002] Wipe Info uses hexadecimal values to wipe
files. This provides more security than wiping with decimal values.
