PATCH: prioritize accelerators by widge, via QWidget::eventFilter()

Hi,

This patch makes sure that the accelerators of the widget with keyboard focus 
take precedence over other accelerators.  It works by installing an event 
filter on the KAccel watch-widget, and capturing the AccelOverride event.
