"Contents" tab of the Help Center never showing the app's TOC

We're having a bit of a problem with the help docs for Rosegarden. When the 
Help Center is started, it does show our doc in the main window but the 
contents window always shows the global KDE docs content, while one would 
expect the application's doc contents instead. It seems this is the same for 
all KDE apps I could try.

Is this normal behavior or is there a long standing bug which nobody has fixed 
yet ?
