$(KDE_PLUGIN) changes to kdeaddons breaks build

Hi,

The recent changes made in kdeaddons with respect to plugins in 
kdeaddons has broken the build on FreeBSD, as follows:

automake: kicker-applets/kolourpicker/Makefile.am: 
`kolourpicker_panelapplet.la' is not a standard libtool library name
automake: kicker-applets/ktimemon/Makefile.am: `ktimemon_panelapplet.la' 
is not a standard libtool library name
automake: kicker-applets/mediacontrol/Makefile.am: 
`mediacontrol_panelapplet.la' is not a standard libtool library name

This is with automake 1.5

Making a local revert to the previous versions of those Makefile.am 
files allows the build to complete
