Bugs in kdelibs/pics ?

I found some issues in kdelibs/pics recently, but am relunctant to fix them as 
some of them deals with where icons are supposed to be.

1. There is an icon called: cr16-action-tab_new_raised.png.png. That seems 
wrong
2. Many of the icons are marked executable (why?)
3. There are kdevelop specific icons both in kdelibs/pics and 
kdevelop/pics/toolbar. Namely action-make-kdevelop, action-rebuild, 
action-open-project and action-reload-page. Where are these really supposed 
to be?
4. Among the svgz's are icons whose prerendered version are placed in kdebase. 
app-klipper, app-konqueror, etc.
