Actually that is why I removed the depricated.  It was just too late to add 
that part of the code into 3.1.  This part was not ment to be in the patch, 
but IMHO working dir is important for NON KDE apps.  You would not belive how 
annoying it is to have to use KDE in the real world with all of those old TCL 
apps. :P
