compiling HEAD fails in kdebase/kxkb

This is a huuuuuge FAQ that comes up every time again for Kopete as well.

Is there any way for us to detect this or to make Qt more verbose? Anything 
will do as far as I'm concerned, but I really have no idea what is feasible 
in the first place.
