[patch] KRegExpEditor

Hi,

1) Add a text expression (second button from top left), then press Delete. We 
then get error message about TEXT not containing textual data and then core 
dump.
This is because TextRegExp::load() returns false if the element doesn't 
contain any text.  Attached patch fixes this and I can no longer get the 
crash.

2) Make the toolbar floating. Put it back if you can... Atleast I can't once 
its floating. This worked okay in qt-3.0.5
