XIM support of kate part

Hi,
the support for XIM seems to be very broken in current kate part, any 
volunteers to help to fix it ?
Have not much experience with the whole XIM stuff and don't know exactly why 
it is borked (perhaps we catch to much keys directly or the actions for the 
special editing keys are not that good).
