Here's the problem. A recent change in minicli replaced the fixed set of
uri-filter plugins with "get the list of installed plugins and remove ikws".
However this results in a change in the order of the plugins:
kdesktop: Using 3 out of the 4 avaliable plugins
kdesktop: Using a filter plugin named: kurisearchfilter
kdesktop: Using a filter plugin named: localdomainurifilter
kdesktop: Using a filter plugin named: kshorturifilter
Fixed.

KOpenWith has to rebuild ksycoca when you add a service, this takes some
time, but is a totally unrelated problem.
