I think you are confusing the database/LDAP idea with the offer of Roberto & 
me for Chile & Brazil, the People directory has nothing to do  with that page

The representatives topic belong to core-devel according to the same page. The 
offer both Roberto & me did was only with the intention of promoting KDE 
here, I don't think you agree Europe having representatives per country while 
south america having per continent just because it's south america. Anyway, 
if you think this thread should end out of this list, it's ok, we already did 
the offers.
