problems with package dependencies

Hi all,

I've checked out recent cvs release from kdelibs and arts, because I'm trying to
compile it under cygwin/xfree.

With that I've encountered a dependency problem:

When I'm configuring kdelibs it says, that arts 1.1.x wasn't found.

When I'm configuring arts is says, that the kde plugins are not found and I
should install kdelibs, but I
can't configure kdelibs without arts.

Any hints ?
