kde 3.1 -- make Keramik default?

If Keramik wants to be standard it needs to respect color-schemes. Currently 
it adds a bluish taint to any color-scheme. This makes it look just right 
with the default scheme, but makes it look like crap with most other. If 
Keramik wants to be blue, we should have a Keramik colorscheme not subvert 
the existing ones.

The problem is a lot bigger with the Keramik window-decoration as it doesnt 
even use the color-schemes but just some plain pixmaps. This needs to be 
fixed as well before it qualifies for standard.
