aRts: Build problem

Forget it... I recheckout arts and it worked. I have no idea why but who cares 
:-)

I have updated it before so it was current. I did all nescessary steps. 
Everything went right. Makefile.in was crated but the configure script did 
not treat the libltdt dir.

Perhaps something was messup during the update.
