[Security] "view" action in ark executes shell scripts

Hello,

it seems that the "View" ("Ansehen" in German) RMB-menu executes shell scripts 
instead of opening them in an editor or showing the Choose-program dialog. 
This can be seen e.g. if you go to the entry "super fast kde startup" on 
kde-look.org (should be at
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=1332&PHPSESSID=02d752b28414a949e21addec40c3b1f8

If you choose "download" and open the archive directly with ark, the RMB menu 
contains "View"/"Ansehen". This executes the script. This seems not to be 
true for KDE_3_0_BRANCH but only for HEAD.
