regarding the KDE Share Module

I just had a look at the kde sharing kcontrol module. There are several points
to care about. First is the layout and the accelarators. I will now care about 
this.

The other point is the strange use of KStandardDir::findExe():

1. $PATH is inserted manually although findExe() doc claimes that $PATH will 
be used for the search anyway

2. the appname is passed with full path. shouldn't it rather the the binary 
name only?

I also feel that it belongs into "File browsing", rather than "System"
