 Stupid GUI is no excuse for adding stupid features. There are better and 
faster ways of accessing the menu elements, like keyboard shortcuts, 
toolbar/kicker buttons, etc. Hmm, why do I bother, anyway ... changing here 
QPopupMenu::insertTearOffHandle() to no-op solves the problems.
