qgbkcodec.h is missing

Hi!

Kdebindings from both branches doesn't compile with new qt-copy:
kdebindings/qtc/clib/qtc/qt_QGbkCodec.cpp:23: qgbkcodec.h: No such file or 
directory

Is it enough to remove the reference to qt_QGbkCodec? Was the removal
of the class in a minor release intentional?
