Hi

There are a few things I want to do to developer.kde.org - updating the 3.1 
feature plan with the kfile plugins I'm doing and making some changes to 
places where its a little out of date (mostly s/2/3/, but also some other 
small changes).

Should I post patches to here/maintainers or just commit them?
