Of course. The main reason for my post was that there is no need for every 
application to re-invent the wheel w.r.t. showing the [+] when holding CTRL 
during drags. So before we^WZack changes it again for KMail, we should think 
about adding generic support for it in kdelibs (if there isn't already).
