IMHO, this is an excellent idea, since it seems like this makes it much easier 
to select where to look at.. After all, if the user wants to configure 
something about the panel, looking through 2 or 3 entries under that subtree 
is a lot easier than trying to guess whether it's in Look'n'feel or 
Personalization -- the distinction between the two not being at all obvious 
immediately...
