kdesu kpackage by default

(Smart) Users who run kde as notroot will be frustrated by the fact that 
kpackage can't install packages.

I think we should:

-Exec=kpackage -caption "%c" %i %m %u
+Exec=kdesu kpackage -caption "%c" %i %m %u

Any objections ?
