Ok, now I'm totally confused. I swear I didn't do anything else than
make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs-clean
cvs up
make -f Makefile.cvs

and I got those errors. Now I made the manual aclocal, and then it worked. 
Then I did a cvs-clean again and it still works. No idea what happened.
