KToolBar's new context menu entry

Hi,

recently, someone added an entry to KToolBar's contextmenu to hide it. This is 
completely misplaced, IMHO, as there is no way to show it again. Hide the 
toolbar in kuickshow for example and tell me how to get it back.

If you want to quickly get rid of the toolbar, click the little handle, but 
please remove this entry from the contextmenun again.
