2 problems in color-schemes with dark BG

1) khtml prints the dark background when used in printer friendly mode
   resulting eventually in a very unfriendly mode (ink waste). One solution
   is to force the background to be white and not transparent in printer
   friendly mode. See patch attached. Should I commit?

2) text on raised toolbar buttons is unreadable. Indeed, the text color
   is defaulted to KGlobalSettings::toolBarHighlightColor() (== dark blue)
   which is unreadable on dark background. Exemple, the Digital CDE color
   scheme + the "New" button of konsole.
