PATCH: multi-page TIFFs

Attached is a patch to kdelibs/kimgio/tiffr.cpp (3.0.1) which 'stacks' 
multi-page TIFFs into a single image. Whilst perhaps not ideal (might run 
into memory problems with *many paged* TIFFs) it allows multipage TIFFs to be 
viewed in KView etc. and avoids user confusion when they only see the header 
page of their fax (KFax isn't obvious from Konqueror especially as it doesn't 
register the TIFF mimetype by default)

Sorry it's not on HEAD but bandwidth problems makes it difficult for me to 
main a head branch at present
